Khodr Najdi, M.OMSc
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Khodr is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, with a Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). Prior to his Osteopathic education, Khodr graduated from Western University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, earning a spot on the Dean’s Honours List. He is a professional member in good standing with the Ontario Osteopathic Association. He’s also a certified Personal Training Specialist under CanFitPro with years of experience working with people of all ages.

After spending time in the health and wellness field and experiencing Osteopathy for the first time, Khodr became fascinated by the body’s inherent ability to self-heal and self-regulate itself. Human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics had always been his core strengths but Osteopathy made him realize that the body truly is a dynamic unit of function that should be studied from a collective mechanics approach. As an Osteopathic Practitioner, he collaborates with you to bring you closer to your health goals, restore movement and function, as well as reduce your chronic or acute symptoms. He has helped patients of many different ages, with issues such as chronic pain, athletic injuries, concussion-related symptoms, digestion issues, postural imbalances, high anxiety or stress, sleep issues, headaches, migraines and more.

Khodr’s passion for health and fitness began through his love of basketball and developed through his first experience with karate and martial arts at a young age where he holds a 2nd Dan black belt. He’s competed in many martial arts tournaments across Ontario and played high school basketball all four years. Since then, he’s always wanted to learn more about the human body.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, strength training, playing basketball, practicing/instructing karate, studying more about the human body and a certified music and movie buff! Khodr is fluent in English and Arabic.
