Lance is a dedicated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Kinesiologist committed to helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. As a practitioner in good standing with the Osteopathic Manual Practitioner Association of Canada (OSTCAN), he takes a personalized, patient-centered approach to care.

Lance's primary goal is to support individuals in restoring function, reducing pain, and improving their overall health span and longevity—whether that means returning to sports, enjoying outdoor activities, or simply moving freely without discomfort. He works with a wide range of patients, from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals managing chronic pain, mobility issues, and postural imbalances.

Lance’s passion for manual therapy began with his experiences in basketball, soccer, and volleyball, where he gained firsthand insight into performance training, injury recovery, and the body’s ability to heal. After years as a personal trainer working with clients facing injuries and movement limitations, he sought to expand his expertise to provide deeper, more effective care. His curiosity about rehabilitation and performance optimization led him to pursue osteopathic studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where he refined his skills in structural and functional manual therapy.

Outside the clinic, Lance stays active through strength training, outdoor sports, and movement-based activities. He enjoys learning through insightful podcasts, spending time with friends and family, and continuously exploring new ways to optimize health and performance.
