Robert Kappes, PT
Physiotherapist
With two decades of dedicated experience in physiotherapy, Rob is a seasoned professional committed to delivering exceptional care. A graduate of McMaster University, Class of 2004, Rob brings a wealth of expertise in treating a diverse range of injuries across all age groups. His passion for physiotherapy began as a youth athlete who did not always receive the best treatment. It wasn't until he experienced proper one-on-one care that he fully understood what quality physiotherapy entailed. This realization inspired him to become a physiotherapist, ensuring others receive the level of care he was deprived of as a young athlete.
Specializing in the rehabilitation of runners, golfers, and baseball players, Rob combines a deep understanding of sports-specific challenges with a passion for personalized, one-on-one care. Known for a compassionate approach and keen ability to identify underlying issues, Rob develops detailed, effective treatment plans aimed at achieving a swift return to regular activities or sports.
When not in the clinic, Rob enjoys golfing, cheering on his kids at their hockey games, and spending quality time outdoors with his family. This blend of professional dedication and personal interests underscores a holistic approach to health and well-being, making Rob a trusted partner in your journey to recovery.
